Facebook now has a wider range of emotional responses

by Tony Hill on February 26, 2016

Facebook users have complained for quite some time, that merely liking tells too little about their opinion or post. At the beginning of last September, Zuckerberg first said that they will add other emotional responses, so now we got a new set of icons, to make communication on Facebook easier.

Under each post, we now have the option to not only click like, but five other emotions as well. But they did not include thumb down, which would mean disagreement. Facebook also does not alow mixed emotions, so that for each post, we can select only one. In addition to a heart, we can also select smiley face, which is either laughing, crying, angry or surprised.
